Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

As our pieces are prepared individually in Kyoto, we do not hold large stock. In the event of any delay beyond this window, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Method

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Delivery is handled via DHL Express, ensuring your piece arrives safely, swiftly, and with full tracking.

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch
• Shipping cost: Complimentary on all orders

Customs & Import Duties

KURAKURA ships all orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

This means that we cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Packaging

Every KURAKURA order is packaged in protective materials befitting the craft within.

Pieces are secured to prevent movement during transit. If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact us at hello@kyoto-kurakura.com.
